Well, things just keep geting busier for Isah Boo, which is great. Luckily I still have time to indulge in my other craft pursuits, in particular knitting. Here are a few things that have been taking up my time lately:
Another Isah Boo dress. One of these days I am going to have to make Isobel some more dresses, as she is growing out of them fast!
The first of six bunny bowling pins. For another craft swap. Saw the pattern on Etsy.com and thoought they were gorgeous!
Another nappy bag. Denim on the reverse side, so hopefully will appeal to people.
A knitting needle roll, works much better than my holey plastic bag was! Probably coould do with more pockets, but not bad for a prototype!
And of course, still doing more knitting. A hat for my partner, and when I get a chance to get to the shops for some more needles, some baby legs for the gift swap.

Knitting nutter...
Well, Isah Boo now has it's very own Facebook page. Feedback has been really positive which is great.
In the midst of all the sewing, when my brain starts to do silly things like sew pockets on the bottom of pant legs, I have gotten back into knitting big time.
So far I have knitted a dress and some longies for Isobel, and a hooded poncho. At the moment I'm using a bamboo/wool blend which is amazingly soft to make a baby's hat. Will hopefully also get around to making matching leggies too. My absolute favourite site for knitting patterns is Ravelry.com What a treasure trove!

The newest baby...Isah Boo
Well, it would seem that I have a new baby. The last couple of days has bought the conception of Isah Boo, my new label of gorgeous, one-off pieces for kids and mummas who care about quality and value individuality. There have been requests for some boys clothes to be included as well, and eager to please, these are now in the pipelines. The pieces you see on the blog are all unique, and so if you are inspired by a fabric or a style, let me know and I will be happy to make you your very own. And of course, as long as they haven't already been snapped up, you will be able to purchase what you see here as well.

May Days
Life has been busy with a new born, although at four months old I'm ot sure whether she qualifies anymore!
I have been knitting for her. The first is a dress knitted from this pattern: So easy to knit and lovely made in "Smoothie" yarn.
The second is a hooded poncho: (I think I will be making another of these.)
In other news, I have been stocking up on fabrics from Spotlight in the hopes of creating enough pretty dresses and girls clothes to sell. Here are two dresses I made for my niece:
